Robert Pattinson to host HOPE FOR HAITI Telethon from London

Robert Pattinson, the star of the Twilight Saga, will join a number of other celebrities this Friday as part of Hope for Haiti, the George Clooney-hosted telethon that will air across all major networks.

Reports indicate that Robert will be the sole presenter in London, likely introducing performances by Jay-Z and Bono.

Popular Pattinson

The show will air commercial-free across ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CNN, BET, the CW, HBO, MTV, VH1 and CMT on Friday, January 22, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. All donations will directly benefit Oxfam America, Partners in Health, Red Cross, UNICEF and Wyclef's Yele Haiti Foundation. Facebook and MySpace have signed on as official social-media partners to help steer viewers to the telethon and drive donations. Artists performing during the live, two-hour event will include Christina Aguilera, Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, Shakire, Bono, Sting and Bruce Springsteen.

Stay in friday night and save some money to donate to the people in Haiti! George Clooney will present from LA, CNN's Anderson Cooper from Haiti, Wyclef Jean from New York and the sexiest vampire ever from London.
